It all started when I decided I wanted to paint my nails.

Ezra was napping, Elliot was stringing beads, and Caden and Conlin were happily building a fort with a mass of blankets.

We met the coolest guy today who was incredibly inspiring. He lives in a van, with a canoe strapped to the top, a skateboard, a guitar, and a handful of books for entertainment. Get this: HE FORAGES HIS OWN FOOD.

Yeah...all you sweater wearing, pumpkin spice drinking people out there...I'm not ready for summer to be over 😭 it might be October but I can pretend right? I mean the kids still refuse to wear shoes so it can't be fall yet? Right?

There is no in between.

Our house is either wonderfully peaceful

it's a dinner's on the stove, vase is smashed on the floor, dirty diaper, hungry baby sort of situation. 😂😂
